Work Flow

  1. Make PCB, make via PCB link, and Make full stencil $14
  2. Provide PCB pick and place data, see below
  3. provide PCB sample image, so we have a visually understanding of all the parts, specially need to know for part direction
  4. provide BOM and we provide quote, standard common value in stack see below
  5. Provide testing method, optionally.

Eagle pick and place data output

  • We only support Eagle work now

Find the ULP file for Eagle

  • File:TM220A_mount.zip
  • File will output two file, first is top side, second is bottom side
  • We will revise the details, most improtant is X and Y data

Explaination

% Head Stack X Y R H skip Ref Comment
1 1 16.48 5.82 0 0 C1 10u-C0805
2 1 18.86 5.81 0 0 C2 0.1U-C0805
  • % sequence
  • Head: the head used on machine, support head 1 and head 2
  • stack: the material stack
  • X, Y: pick and place coordinate data
  • R: rotation, we evaluate this
  • H: height, keep this default
  • Skip: skip this part
  • Ref: part name
  • Comment: part value

Note

  • Do NOT support negative X and Y coordination
  • Your board should be placed on 0,0, and on X+ and Y+ quadrant

Material

  • 0805 resistor, regular value $0.5 for 200pcs
  • 0805 capacitor, regular value $0.5 for 100pcs for 0.1uF, 1nF
  • 0805 capacitor, regular value $1 for 100pcs for 10uF
