Normal SIM800 non-bluetooth can be upgrade to bluetooth version
the module type silk print is S2-1068S-ZIL1D
you can also upgrade other simcom modules or customized software by the same

before is

and bluetooths is working fine

wiring

Wiring is VBAT, GND, TXD and RXD, usb-ttl adapter use CH340, speed up to max. here 900K

Mode select

for flash, hold down pwrkey then power ON (attach the test-pin), up to 20 seconds
for normal boot, power ON first (attach the test-pin) then hold down pwrkey up to 3 seconds
